Highly detailed map of this small railroad town in Merced County, showing the town plan, subdivisions, public improvements, the Court Houes Square, hotel and a public fountain, a number of cemetery's on the west side of town, was prepared for the Pacific Improvement Company, the land ownership and development arm of the the owners of the Southern Pacific Railroad.
