Rare promotional pictorial map of the National Parks and Recreational Opportunities to the east and northeast of Fresno California, published by the Fresno Chamber of Commerce.
The map provides a whimsical look at the region, with lots of hunting, boating, camping, farming, fishing and other clever vignettes.
The map was later reprinted using a different font and printing method (see David Rumsey copy), but this first edition seems to be very rare on the market.
