One of a series of etchings of the four seasons, engraved by Hendrik Hondius, the Younger ca 1617, after a painting by David Vinckboons.
Hendrick Hondius was responsible for engraving the images of the spring and summer, the other two seasons were engraved by Simon Frisius and Andries Stock.
